Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Location: Dayton, Ohio

Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Type: Temporary

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant for a temporary contract role in Dayton, Ohio. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $19 to $21 per hour and is on the 1st shift. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in accounts receivable or property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Support property management activities, including tenant communications and lease documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably with accounts receivable or property management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
