Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural and Interior Payload Engineer to develop, integrate, and document system requirements to support product design and development. This role involves using 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and other design methodologies to create and modify structural and interior payload system components. You will collaborate with engineering teams, production operations, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining structural and interior payload system designs.
• Leading performance evaluations, system integration, and testing to verify compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Managing supplier development, testing, and production efforts to optimize designs and meet program goals.
• Providing factory and liaison support to resolve technical challenges rapidly.
• Investigating emerging technologies and contributing to future product development concepts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in CATIA and ENOVIA.
• Experience with factory support, customer support, and liaison roles.
• Familiarity with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design, including 2D drawings and 3D deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Boeing
• Background in aircraft design
