Job Description

Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join their team. Initially, the role will be remote until an office space is identified in NYC, at which point the role will work a hybrid schedule and work from the office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be a consumer engagement focused Brand Manager with proven expertise in creating buzzworthy activations and innovative, out-of-the-box solutions within the luxury CPG and/or beauty industries.

Job Duties Include:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Coordinate and ensure the flawless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement social media strategies to grow community and drive loyalty
  • Collaborate with PR partners to design and implement influencer campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives
  • Identify and manage partnerships with brands and organizations in beauty, fashion, wellness, and culture
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and creative marketing initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of trends in relevant industries to inform marketing strategies and maintain cultural relevance
  • Utilize data and qualitative insights to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize future efforts

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the beauty or luxury CPG industries
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies and establishing impactful brand partnerships
  • Deep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing, with a proven ability to drive results
  • Strong awareness of cultural trends and a network of connections in beauty, fashion, and art
  • Highly creative with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay: $135k - $155k annually
