We offer: Earn up to $60 flat rate - Competitive pay for experienced techniciansPerformance Bonuses & Incentives - Rewarding bonus structure for top performanceMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays, and Time OffFull-time Position, No weekendsFord's Technician Training and Testing ProgramsCareer Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities - Service Technician:Accurately diagnose and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.Clearly document and communicate repair needs, required parts, and estimated repair time to Service Advisors and the Service Manager.Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical and electronic components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.Maintain detailed service and repair records for accuracy and compliance.Install new equipment, components, and systems as needed.Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle testing to ensure issues are fully resolved.Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures to maintain vehicle safety and functionality.Perform additional duties as assigned, based on expertise and certifications.Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:Service Technician Experience is Required.ASE and/or Ford Certification is a Plus! Ability to be analytical and multi-task.Good work ethic and a "can do" attitude.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
