About the Role & Qualifications:

• Looking for an experienced AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC with a great attitude who takes pride in their work.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional automotive repair business.
• Vehicle state inspection license and ASE certifications are a plus!
• The right candidate will know how to properly diagnose vehicles, be self-driven and willing to learn and expand their knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose vehicles properly.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Required Skills:

• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills:

• ASE certifications.
• Experience with a variety of vehicle types.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• We offer a pay plan that includes excellent pay ($28 - $40 per hour D.O.E.) with a solid base
• Production-based bonuses.

Additional Benefits Include:

• A profit sharing plan and a 401k with 4% Company Match.
• Group Health Benefits - first $325 paid (including dental and vision).

• Paid Training, pay for your ASE Certifications

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
