Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on driving awareness, demand generation, and customer growth for our business audience. This role will own end-to-end B2B marketing, from strategy development to execution, with a clear focus on increasing GoodSync's visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall B2B marketing strategy, including content marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and events.
  • Create clear, concise, and compelling marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and email campaigns.
  • Drive targeted demand-generation programs to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online channels (website, LinkedIn, Google Ads, webinars, etc.) for maximum reach and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and results.
  • Work closely with product management to effectively position and promote GoodSync products.
Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ 5+ years of SAAS B2B marketing experience for a SaaS or technology products; ideally in data synchronization or cybersecurity space

✔ Demonstrated success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

✔ Proven experience generating and nurturing leads through content and digital marketing.

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of creating clear and persuasive messaging.

✔ Data-driven approach, comfortable analyzing metrics and optimizing strategies.

✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Channel Management.
