Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish Required)

Location: Longview, TX – On-site

Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform data entry and information coding with a strong focus on accuracy
• Work primarily in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Sit at the front desk (note: low foot traffic) and manage occasional administrative front-office duties
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
• Learn and grow into the role – training will be provided!

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish – a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
