We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Brand Promoter to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will represent our clients’ brands directly to consumers, ensuring a positive and lasting impression. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and have a passion for face-to-face communication.

Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands at various events, promotions, and campaigns

  • Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and drive interest

  • Distribute promotional materials and product samples when applicable

  • Set up and manage event booths and displays

  • Track and report customer interactions and feedback

  • Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals

  • Maintain a professional image and uphold company values at all times

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus

  • Previous experience in promotions, customer service, or sales preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working on-site at events

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Must be available for flexible scheduling, including some weekends
