Job Description

Are you a data-driven Business Analyst who is passionate about leveraging insights to optimize workforce planning and elevate HR service delivery? Do you thrive in transforming complex data into actionable strategies that directly impact an organization's success?

As the HR Business Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in analyzing workforce metrics to enhance capacity planning and drive continuous improvement of HR services. You'll be at the forefront of using data to meet the evolving needs of our workforce management and ensure we remain compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Drive Strategic Workforce Planning: Analyze hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility data to identify critical trends and deliver accurate labor projections for effective teacher capacity planning.
  • Develop Impactful HR Intelligence: Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and insightful reports that track key HR metrics, providing clear, actionable information to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Optimize HR Service Delivery: Utilize data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement across the employee lifecycle, streamlining onboarding, hiring, and other core HR functions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Contribute to Total Rewards Excellence: Participate in vital compensation, benefits, and HRIS projects, contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance our employee value proposition and HR operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance: Manage and analyze employee data with meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing its security, consistency, and adherence to company policies and all relevant privacy regulations and reporting mandates.
  • Collaborate for HR Success: Partner effectively with HR colleagues and stakeholders across departments, providing data-driven consultation, process design expertise, and project management support for key HR program implementations.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, data analytics, business administration, finance, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of robust experience in data manipulation and analytics, including demonstrable proficiency with analytical software.
  • Compensation Acumen (Preferred): Two years of relevant compensation experience is a plus.
  • Excel Expertise: Advanced-level proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF/THEN formulas) and a proven ability to consolidate and manipulate large, complex datasets with unwavering accuracy.
  • Data Visualization Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in building compelling reports and dashboards using Tableau is highly desirable or PowerBI.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong aptitude for identifying trends, drawing meaningful insights from data, and developing practical recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The capacity to analyze complex issues and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Salary: The good faith range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
