Job Description

We are seeking a Canvasser to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads in neighborhoods we are currently helping restore. In return you have the ability to make over $1000 weekly! (Hourly pay plus bonuses) You will be expected to engage with potential customers, introduce our brand, services, and promotions, and ultimately get them scheduled for a free inspection. No guess work involved we use a proven system to generate you more money daily! Paid training is included, and continual training will happen weekly to help you make more money. As part of our incentivized program, you will receive bonuses for meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly goals. There is no limit to any of the bonuses. Eligible for promotion in as little as 6 weeks!

Any referral will grant an additional $100

They must also meet all KPIs

Responsibilities:

1. Directly market to a pre-warmed designated neighborhood to generate new leads

2. Introduce our products, services, and promotions to potential customers

3. Provide information about company offerings, explain the value proposition and address customer concerns or needs.

4. Maintain a daily log of all leads generated, including relevant details such as name, address, and contact information

5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets to qualify for weekly and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to build strong relationships with potential customers

3. High level of self-motivation and energy

4. Strong organizational and time-management skills

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

6. Must have a reliable mode of transportation to office .
