Foss Recycling is seeking a highly analytical, visionary, and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to architect and lead the financial future of our growing, multi-location organization. As a leader in the metal and automotive recycling industry, we need a strategic thinker and systems builder—someone who thrives on designing the structure beneath success, not just maintaining it. LINK -- -- What You’ll Own: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a long-term financial roadmap aligned with organizational growth and market dynamics. Cash Flow Mastery: Design systems for efficient cash movement and working capital across all locations. Risk & Compliance: Construct frameworks to manage risk exposure while maintaining regulatory and financial compliance. Data-Driven Decisions: Deliver precise financial reporting and analysis that informs executive decision-making. Growth & M&A: Lead the financial lens on acquisitions, expansion plans, and major capital investments. Systems Innovation: Introduce scalable financial technology and analytics tools to improve accuracy, automation, and insight. Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a key thought partner to operations, sales, and executive leadership ensuring financial rigor in all initiatives. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a multi-location, asset-intensive business. Background in manufacturing, industrial services, recycling, or related sectors preferred. Expertise in financial systems implementation, data analytics, and margin improvement. CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. Compensation: ~ Starting salary for this role will be $150K+, depending on experience and background.
