Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Clinton, MD

$80,000 – $110,000 base + bonus + full benefits

Tiello is working with a respected Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Clinton, MD area that is actively hiring a Superintendent to help lead their growing field operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage up to 10 active commercial roofing projects at a time, coordinate multiple crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to spec. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with growth into Project Management, this is it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily field operations on multiple job sites
• Schedule crews, track progress, and maintain jobsite safety
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct site walks and progress inspections
• Ensure quality standards and specs are met
• Manage installs of:
• Modified Bitumen (Hot/Cold/Torch Applied)
• Built-Up Roofing
• TPO, PVC, EPDM
• Sheet Metal Roofing & Flashing

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Previous experience as a commercial roofing Superintendent or Foreman
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Experiene running 10 projects at at time.
• Blueprint reading proficiency
