Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated construction professional to play a key leadership role on a variety of educational projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive and solutions-oriented individual with a strong background in managing K-12 construction sites from the ground up.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and progress reports.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact timelines or quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, schedules, and changes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role within the construction industry, with experience leading projects.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience overseeing K-12 school construction projects is required.
• Experience with higher education construction projects is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
