Kalm is a wellness brand founded by Kamila Ordonez that specializes in activewear and tools designed to support a balanced lifestyle. Our values are rooted in embracing holistic well-being, blending physical activity with self-care. The brand is centered around the idea that “wellness in all forms” should be an integral part of daily life. 

The Kalm team is looking for a creative part time Summer intern to produce content for all social media platforms that align with our marketing and communications strategy. You will have the opportunity to pitch content ideas and work alongside the Kalm social media team. Intern program is paid and planned for June 1st 2025-July 31st 2025. This can be remote or hybrid.

Job Description 

As a social media intern, you will assist in creating social media content, building brand strategy, fulfill orders, and analyzing metrics to track performance and optimize content. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute content posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Research, plan, and implement trending strategies for brand growth
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Research viral trends, hashtags, and algorithm shifts to optimize engagement
• Order fulfillment's

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in front of the camera 
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of video editing for social media
• Experience with photography and/or videography and graphic design
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements 

• Must be a current student of an accredited college. 
• GPA of 3.0 or above required.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Technology, Visual Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, or any related field. 
• Must be available Monday-Friday. 
• A passion for wellness 
• Flexible working hours
