Ground Operations - Salesforce Digital Technology Analyst
Performs a comprehensive needs analysis for technology projects in Cargo & Charters Marketing, Sales, and Service, aiming to develop high-quality solutions. Executes these solutions through intelligent automation, development, and proficient data management. Moreover, it guarantees that the solutions not only meet the specified requirements and adhere to timely delivery, accompanied by effective communication to end users and stakeholders throughout the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Manage CRM, integrated tools, and custom applications such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Form Assembly, swacargo.com, and QuickBase applications
Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
Implement solutions in the technology landscape through development, configuration, and intelligent automation
Have strong business and technical acumen to recommend functionality that meets business needs
Lead User Acceptance Testing and work with end users to test and verify that solutions meet the business requirements
Collaborate with SWAU when necessary to create training content and deliver training to end users
Effectively communicate ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing
Perform system demos to ensure the designed solution meets business requirements and obtain end-user sign-off
Monitor Southwest application outages or issues to communicate impacts to Cargo applications to relevant Teams
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Core knowledge of Alteryx or Advanced Certification in Alteryx preferred; ability to design, build, and optimize complex workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis on various data initiatives.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules.
Utilize Salesforce Certified Administrator skills to configure and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, permissions, custom fields, flows, reports, and dashboards, ensuring system stability and alignment with business needs.
Ability to work with highly confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
Knowledge of advanced software development methodologies
Ability to use advanced logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Skilled in collaboration, communication, and working with various teams and external partners
Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations
Ability to produce quality and accurate work under the pressures of tight deadlines
Ability to initiate tasks, perform duties, respond to inquiries, and think independently without direction or supervision
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and time constraints
