Corporate Graphic Designer, Packaging

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Graphic Designer, Packaging responsible for creating and designing innovative packaging solutions in support of brand strategies and brand identity. In this role, you will manage the process from conception to completion; maintaining awareness of market and trends.

Role reports to an office.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics for a variety of product packaging
• Project management; manage multiple projects, maintain timelines and ensure project requirements are met
• Assist with innovative design and development of product packaging
• In alignment with the organization’s branding strategies, support sales and marketing efforts with creative designs
• Make certain packaging designs are within brand guidelines and explicitly reflects the brand identity
• Develop artwork, mockups, dielines/templates, files and other assets for manufacturing
• Create digital designs; brand visuals, promotional materials, marketing assets, etc.
• In collaboration with a team; generate ideas, design and refine packaging concepts
• Keep well-informed of the market, industry trends and new developments, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Min. 5+ years of Graphic Design Packaging experience
• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Portfolio of work/projects to include different mediums
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, XD & Photoshop)
• Excellent Creative Thinking skills
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills

Offering:

• Base Salary $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
• Full Benefits Package, 401K
