Job Description

We need an awesome Technical Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly growing startup based in San Francisco.

This is for an ingenious AI Assistant product only founded in 2023 but already scaling very fast and sailing through a very successful Series-B round! 🚀

The team here work in the office 4 days a week and prides itself on the culture it has created. A culture of doing the best work possible, caring about each other and moving fast!

The Basics

  • Technical Customer Success Manager
  • 4 days a week from San Francisco Office
  • SaaS/AI/No-code
  • $130k - $160k

The Role

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction whilst building and maintaining no-code workflows
  • No-code product experience is essential for this role
  • Leading point of contact with customers, regular check-ins and building strong relationships
  • Provide continual feedback for product improvements
