Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and managing the Food and Beverage function for a geographic region. You will lead by example, providing strategic vision, ensuring tactical execution, and actively managing your department to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct all management functions of food and beverage operation teams
• Implement effective food and beverage and labor cost controls
• Establish prices and menus based on profitability and local competition
• Manage service aspects of Food and Beverage operations
• Maintain a professional atmosphere and ensure safety and sanitation standards
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and make recommendations to increase profitability
• Coach and train Food and Beverage leadership teams
• Ensure employees receive proper training and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in Food and Beverage management, with 2 years in a multi-unit management role
• High level of knowledge in food, kitchen operations, and FOH operations
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to different locations and spend time on-site
• Strong commitment to excellence in customer service
