Electrical Manager
Job Summary:
The Electrical Manager at Fallas Automation is responsible for overseeing the electrical design and panel building teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of electrical systems for case packing machinery. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and technical expertise in industrial automation. The Electrical Manager collaborates closely with Mechanical, Controls, and Operations departments to align production schedules and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical designers and panel builders.
· Ensure electrical systems meet project specifications and industry standards.
· Collaborate with Controls and Mechanical departments for seamless integration.
· Develop and maintain electrical BOMs and schematics.
· Review panel layouts and perform electrical reviews prior to builds.
· Support troubleshooting efforts during testing and startup phases.
· Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluation of the electrical team.
· Support standardization and continuous improvement of electrical processes.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or machinery manufacturing.
· Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and panel building practices.
· Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and panel layout design.
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Preferred Skills:
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Hands-on experience with low/high voltage wiring (24VDC, 120VAC, 480VAC).
· Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
