Summary

We are seeking an Estimating Project Manager to join our team at Peak Industrial Coatings. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the estimating process for our projects, ensuring accurate pricing and cost control while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality industrial coatings. This position is based in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Customer first focus to cultivate relationships and build trust with existing clients
• Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms.
• Implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maintain budget integrity.
• Utilize software tools for efficient estimating processes.
• Collaborate with Foreman and Director of Operations to align estimates with project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience estimating, project managing, or similar role in the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction management practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in estimating software is preferred.
• Solid understanding of cost control methodologies and pricing strategies.
• Understanding industrial/specialty coatings .
• Collaborative/hands on approach to construction projects.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
• Performance Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000 +
• Personal vehicle with gas
