Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Global Executive Talent Acquisition Team. This role will support all of the Executive Recruitment process while also managing essential reporting and compliance duties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role would report to the Global Head, Executive Talent Acquisition and be based onsite in our Fort Worth HQ. Note this is a 40hr-week contract role with no end date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Recruitment team by coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executive-level candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and background checks are completed.
  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports to provide insights into the hiring process, including metrics on time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity statistics.
  • Project Management across global talent acquisition and D&I critical initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably with exposure to executive-level recruiting and in-person support at a global or large scale organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with recruiting tools (Workday/Beamery preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
