Figma Power User : Deep expertise in Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating — including components, auto-layout, interactive flows, and design systems.

We’re not desperate — we’re fully capable of building an MVP on our own... but we just posted an ad like this one and picked up 15 extremely talented engineers who each have 10-20 years experience...

We did not expect this much interest, and now we need help organizing and prioritizing the chaos.

This is a sprint, not a marathon.
