Job Description

Job Title: HR Workday Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN

Work Schedule: Full-time, primarily onsite

Travel: Minimal, up to 10%

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Workday Analyst to join a high-performing Human Resources team. This newly created role will serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), supporting HR operations and optimizing system functionality in partnership with our larger network’s support team.

This position is ideal for a strong HR generalist or HRBP with deep Workday knowledge—not someone focused solely on backend configuration. You’ll play a key role in testing, troubleshooting, running reports, updating KPIs, and ensuring Workday workflows align with HR goals. While you won't own system administration, you’ll need to confidently guide and coach others on maximizing system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the HR team’s Workday expert and liaison to the broader parent company support network.
  • Collaborate on workflow execution, system troubleshooting, and org chart maintenance.
  • Create and manage EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) files for data management.
  • Develop and run standard and ad-hoc reports; analyze data to inform HR strategy.
  • Support key HR processes including performance reviews, policy implementation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and help optimize the use of Workday across the organization.
  • Perform special projects for HR Department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday HCM.
  • Experience creating and loading EIB files.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and data management.
  • Ability to coach stakeholders and troubleshoot system-related issues with confidence.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in healthcare or a multi-site organization is a plus.

Additional Details:

  • This is an individual contributor role; no direct reports.
  • Occasional travel to clinic sites in TN, GA, and KY (rare and minimal).
