Job: Human Resources Manager
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Location: Orem, UT (in-person)
Qualifications:
Required:
· 1+ year of work experience and/or education in human resources
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
· Ability to commit to 1+ year with the company
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources
· Previous experience with personnel management and disciplinary action
· SHRM or other human resources related certification
· Ability to work effective independently and on a team
About the Company: Centurion Security is a small private security firm located in Orem, Utah. We specialize in contract security work, employing dozens of security guards and officers in the Utah County and Salt Lake County areas. About the Position: This is a full-time on-site role in our Orem admin office. The job roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee all human resources related functions in the company.
· Handle all government paperwork as it relates to personnel.
· Tracking and reporting all human resources related data as it applies to employee retention, disciplinary action, training forms, badging and licensing.
· Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Oversee the implementation of company benefits.
· Manage company HR systems, data, and operations.
