Job Description

People Architects is excited to recruit for multiple Human Resources Manager positions for our client partners.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Managers to oversee key areas such as compliance, compensation, benefits, safety, and employee relations. You’ll support the organization’s growth by implementing HR strategies, guiding management, and ensuring HR needs align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for non-exempt and exempt positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company’s growth.
  • Build relationships with a network of preferred third-party recruiters to assist in recruiting and talent acquisition strategy when needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR matters.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Lead company-wide team building and engagement events on a regular basis.
  • Review, develop, and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Champion a culture that reflects the company’s values of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Oversee HR administration, including benefits, payroll support, and compliance.
  • Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead training and development programs to support employee growth

Qualifications (required and preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong generalist background with expertise in recruiting, employee relations, and policy
  • development.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a multi-location organization is a plus.
