This role is focused on improving store operations by identifying skill gaps, developing tailored learning programs, and continuously enhancing the training experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee development, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of customer service across all CHAGEE locations.

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications, and more.
