Job Description

PURPOSE:

The primary function of the International Business Development team is to build a strong collaboration between Operating Partners (OPs) and Reebok, enabling brand consistency and driving strong business results according to business plans. ​

The team serves as a cross functional team in RDG for all product related topics to OPs, including business solutions and the full Go To Market (GTM) journey. The team is the main POC for our OPs within Reebok - the business experts at market level, understanding markets' needs, opportunities and challenges. ​

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist in team at each key Go-To-Market Milestones: THO and Brand Summit
• Assist team at each seasonal forecast milestone: Key Category Forecast, Range Indication, SP1, SP2, SP3
• Assist team at each monthly buy window
• Support data entry, validation and clean up to improve reporting accuracy
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Smartsheet
• Assist in special projects related to key business milestones
• Assist in sample coordination (manage various miscellaneous sample inventory, tracking and shipping to markets/key stakeholders)

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

• Product Marketing, Development, Costing, Sourcing Planning (Boston & Singapore), Brand Operations, GTM Marketing, Global Operating Partners

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Enthusiasm and strong work ethic is a must
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), Power BI a plus
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate College or University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Creation, or a related field
• Anticipated undergraduate graduation date is Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
• Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
• Able to work out of our Boston HQ three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
• Available to participate in our full-time on-site internship program from June 9th to Aug 15th
