About the Role:

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Location: Redmond, WA (Fully Onsite- 4 days/week)

Schedule: (4 x 10-hour shift; Night Shift - 5:00 pm-3:30 am PST)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications. Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer or SAP.
• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:

• They must be comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• Manager is looking for someone who has experience with SAP but it is preferred.
• Preferred experience in any ERP software such as (Oracle or Salesforce).
• Years of Experience: 1+ years’ experience.

Salary Range: $44,000 - $54,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
