About the Role

This hybrid role offers flexibility for the right candidate to lean into their strengths - whether that's growing new accounts or managing and expanding existing ones. You’ll play a critical part in driving revenue, maintaining strong client relationships, and partnering closely with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

If you lean toward Account Management:

  • Own and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs and act as a strategic advisor for talent solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure quality candidate delivery.
  • Expand business within current accounts by identifying new opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of client communication, responsiveness, and support.

If you lean toward Business Development:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that speak to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handoff to recruiting.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in account management, business development, or technology staffing/recruiting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with a team-first attitude.
  • Experience in tech staffing, consulting, or agency environments (preferred but not required).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage outreach and pipelines.
