As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers to help plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will assist in project coordination, track progress, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Coordinate tasks and communicate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage project schedules and help track milestones
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., project plans, reports, and meeting minutes)
• Help identify potential risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation plans
• Ensure that all project-related communications are clear and effective

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a similar role (internships or entry-level positions are welcome)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
