What's a Coma Inducer? Well, glad you asked, a Coma Inducer is the thickest, coziest, most plush, oversized bedding comforter that exists in the world! If you think it sounds too good and you'd like to take a nap or sleep in past 8am, then you are not alone! Our Coma Inducer® brand is growing rapidly and we are based right here in Nashville, TN. With our growth we need energized, enthusiastic, creatively minded - hard working individuals to help our Coma Inducer brand go to the next level.

Our fast growing company actually consists of more than just ComaInducer.com, our family of online stores also consist of Byourbed.com, DormCo.com and DormHaul.com. Our product brands are also featured on other online Marketplaces such as: Amazon, Wayfair and Overstock (Bed Bath & Beyond) to name a few.

Now finally, in addition to our 14+ years of Online Business we have ventured into the world of RETAIL. Our first retail store for Coma Inducer has launched in downtown Nashville, a stone's throw from Printer's Alley at 216 Third Ave. N (Nashville, TN 37201). Our store is a true Coma Experience of PLUSH.

What's the position?:

Content Writing - Having an ability for creative writing is an essential part of the position. Writing content for various Coma Inducers to tell an inspired by story and meet search engine optimization is an important part of the customer's brand experience. Ideally having your enjoyment for writing is such that you are able to find some grammatical flaws in this write-up! Tell us what you found.

Social Media Marketing - A good ability to write can directly transfer to usage in ad copy and knowing how best to grab the attention of future customers. Whether through social media or some other marketing outlet, being a strong writer is in an integral trait of this position.

Customer Service assistance - In store, email, chat and phone if necessary.

To be able to serve customers in the store one minute and the next minute enjoy the process of content writing or bringing a marketing idea to life is what this role is all about. We are seeking an up and coming, self starter who loves ALL things Content Writing / Social Media Marketing (Graphic Design) and Serving Others (Customer Service). Is that you? If yes please apply!

The skills you will need to have to be successful are:

Serving Others - In person or email (To truly be skilled at marketing you have to care about the customer. Being able and interested in customer service is 25-50% of the job)

Creative Writing - It's something you genuinely enjoy. It's a strength and you could easily get lost in writing content for hours if given the opportunity.

Social Media Marketing - There are so many aspects of marketing, you don't need to have all marketing skills, however the more you have on the following list, the more you'll be able to make an impact in this position.

  1. Graphic Design - Photoshop / Canva (You can't do 'marketing' without great Design )
  2. Marketing Platforms - Instagram/Facebook, Google, Amazon, Social Media, Podcast, Pinterest, X, Reddit
  3. Video - Ability to create, be on video and/or edit video for TikTok, YouTube or our website.
  4. Other - Perhaps you are good at connecting with influencers or coming up with off the wall ideas or have a skill within the world of marketing that's not listed that would be perfect? Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm - REQUIRED

Saturday - 10:00am - 6:30pm - REQUIRED - 2 Per Month

Tuesday - Thursday 8 or 8:30am - 4:30 or 5pm (Flexible Time / Flexible Days)
