Position: Scheduler

Duration: 1 year contract with likely extensions/direct hire

Location: Louisville Assembly Plant – Louisville, Kentucky

Travel: No

Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week – potential overtime

Compensation: $35-47/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years working as a scheduler within the automotive manufacturing/construction industry
• Experience using Microsoft Project
• Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Scheduler to join an automotive client in Louisville, Kentucky. The person in this position will be responsible for creating the Master Schedule for all demolition, construction, logistics, and installation activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage installation schedule using Microsoft Project
• Contact and collect vendor schedule updates for weekly program roll-up
• Integrate, monitor, and report status and scheduling concerns
• Review and analyze contractor/vendor schedule submissions for compliance to timing and standards
• Prepare recovery plans
• Coordinate schedule with an on-site presence
• Identify critical issues and impacts to critical path
• Determine impact of changes to overall schedule and report deviations
