Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and wear appropriate PPE.
• Identify, report, and correct unsafe conditions.
• Perform daily utility rounds and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Process, charge, drum, and load various materials, including MT-17 and Vinyl Ester blends.
• Assist in shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading materials and finished products.
• Support inventory control by assisting with cycle counts and tank measurements.
• Perform environmental duties such as waste transfer and solvent handling.
• Prepare equipment and permits for maintenance work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in safety initiatives, including the Safety Action Committee and PHA studies.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Train and assist new employees in job functions.
• Use computer-based systems as required for job duties.
• Conduct routine scale verifications and audit documentation.
• Work overtime and complete special projects as needed.
