Position Summary

Seeking a physician or physician-scientist to lead and support early-stage clinical development programs, with a strong focus on multiple sclerosis and related indications. This role blends strategic planning, medical monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration, with direct engagement with investigators and study sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement early clinical development plans for programs including multiple sclerosis.
• Act as medical monitor for assigned studies; oversee data review and study execution.
• Provide scientific input for protocols, regulatory submissions, investigator brochures, and presentations.
• Partner closely with internal teams (clinical operations, translational medicine, biomarkers, data management) and external partners (CROs, investigators).
• Advise on investigator/site selection and support investigator-initiated trials.
• Support regulatory interactions and help shape strategy for new indications and translational research.

Requirements

• M.D. or M.D./Ph.D., ideally board-certified in Neurology, with a strong background in multiple sclerosis clinical/translational research and drug development.
• Minimum 3 years of biotech/pharma experience (Phases 1–3).
• Prior medical monitoring experience required.
• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation of clinical findings.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities; able to lead cross-functional teams and mentor others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
• Onsite work required at least four days per week.
