Job Description

Position: Member Services Specialist / Data Administrator

As a Data Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our client data for multiple associations using the Your Membership database. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting event registrations, and ensuring a seamless operation of data processes across various events. Your analytical skills will help our team enhance member engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain database records accurately within the Your Membership platform for various association clients.
Prepare and disseminate weekly event diaries.
Support event management by processing registrations, tracking attendance, and analyzing participant data.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure timely and effective communication with members and vendors.
Assist with data audits and updates.

Requirements

High school diploma with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field, a plus.
2+ years of experience in data administration or a similar role, preferably within an association management context.
Proficiency in the Your Membership platform and/or strong understanding of database management principles.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data integrity and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
