Title: Mobility Specialist

Location: New York City

Salary: $70k-$90k

This is a full-time and hybrid position

Our client, a leading investment banking and financial services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics and mobility operations, with the mobility aspect being fully trainable for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running and interpreting reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Identifying trends and summarizing data in digestible presentations using PowerPoint for senior leadership
• Maintaining internal systems and ensuring accurate tracking of costs, assignment types, dates, and related data
• Managing and tracking expatriate, transfer, and departure documentation
• Responding to inquiries from employees, business partners, recruiters, and managers
• Coordinating and authorizing relocation, immigration, and tax vendors
• Conducting reviews and generating relocation/assignment cost estimates
• Reviewing and analyzing mobility budget reports

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Strong data analytics skills with an emphasis on Excel
• Experience working with internal systems and financial data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle high volumes of data with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the mobility space
