The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for leading the final stages of NetSuite integration, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal system functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, third-party application integrations, database management, and cybersecurity principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience managing MSP relationships, and the ability to adapt across various industries.

Responsibilities:

ERP Focus:

• Oversee and lead the final implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP.
• Ensure system efficiency, reliability, and scalability to meet business needs.

Third-Party Applications:

• Manage and integrate third-party applications to ensure compatibility with NetSuite.
• Optimize system performance through seamless integration and configuration of external tools.

Database Management:

• Utilize SQL-based expertise to monitor, maintain, and improve database integrations.
• Ensure system reliability and data accuracy through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

NetSuite Expertise:

• Develop, customize, and deploy advanced reports, automations, and workflows.
• Enhance business processes by implementing tailored NetSuite solutions beyond a moderate proficiency level.

Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure:

• Oversee network and hardware security to protect business data and assets.
• Manage and maintain relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure IT infrastructure security and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and best practices across the organization.

Adaptability Across Industries:

• Work fluidly across diverse industries, tailoring IT and NetSuite solutions to meet unique business needs.
• Maintain flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on industry-specific requirements.

NetSuite administration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in NetSuite administration, including advanced report writing and process automation.
• Strong SQL-based skills for database monitoring and integration maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with the ability to manage network and hardware security.
• Experience in managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt IT solutions to diverse business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to IT challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite certification or relevant ERP certification.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
