Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Classify, sort, and file correspondence and other documents.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, computers, and fax machines.
  • Collate and assemble printed materials.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages.
  • Sort, distribute, and deliver mail and other documents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, fax machines).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
