This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL. No hybrid or remote.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly reliable and discreet Personal Assistant to support one of our C-level executives in managing a wide range of personal responsibilities and day-to-day errands. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organization, adaptability, and serving with excellence. You’ll be trusted to handle everything from scheduling personal appointments to coordinating home-related tasks and travel logistics—all while maintaining total confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily personal errands (e.g., dry cleaning, groceries, deliveries, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule personal appointments (doctors, home maintenance, grooming, etc.)
  • Manage and organize household tasks and services, including vendor coordination
  • Arrange and oversee travel plans, including personal itineraries, car service, and reservations
  • Plan and support private events, dinners, and gatherings as needed
  • Handle purchases, returns, and gift arrangements
  • Provide meal planning and ordering support
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Keep the executive updated and informed on all relevant personal matters

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in a personal assistant or executive support role (preferably 2+ years)
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A calm, service-oriented attitude under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly
  • A high level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps for scheduling, travel, and logistics
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
