Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, execution, and success of infrastructure modernization initiatives within the Americas region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and engineering priorities.
• Serve as a key technical leader within the AMER Business Development team, guiding customers through their infrastructure modernization journeys using cloud technologies.
• Nurture projects from pre-sales and transition to successful delivery and ongoing optimization within the Americas region, incorporating best practices and industry trends.
• Develop and leverage deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, and other relevant cloud technologies essential for modernizing infrastructure, along with a strong understanding of modern infrastructure architectures.
• Analyze existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for modernization, standardizing service offerings and ensuring comprehensive sales kits (proposals, presentations, templates) tailored for the AMER market.
• Foster a healthy, scalable, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for the engineering team focused on delivering infrastructure modernization projects within the Americas.
• Mentor and guide the next generation of technical leaders within the AMER region to support the growth and advancement of the infrastructure modernization practice.
• Drive successful outcomes through effective cross-functional collaboration and oversight across Sales, Pre-sales, Transition, Service Delivery, and Support teams within the Americas region.
