Top Requirements
Are you an experienced cyber, privacy and AI lawyer with 4-7 years of experience? Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience advising clients on state and federal privacy laws, conducting deal diligence, handling class action litigation and/or regulatory defense, and managing incident response. Your working familiarity with data-driven technologies (AI/ML, biometrics) and global regulatory frameworks is crucial. Experience with data breach response and regulatory enforcement defense is highly valued.
