Job Description

A houston based IPP is looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Execution Manager to lead large-scale projects from start to finish. This role will involve working with global teams, engineering firms, and contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project strategies, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Construction, and Supply Chain teams.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and scope, mitigating risks and addressing changes.
• Foster effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead cost proposals and financial performance, prioritizing multiple projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale facility design (power generation, electrical, etc.).
• Strong expertise in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage global teams and clients.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver results independently.

Preferred:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with energy projects, natural gas, oil pipelines, and FERC pipeline work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (office, field, confined spaces).
• Availability for overtime and on-call duties as needed.
