Project Manager – High-End Luxury Custom Homes, Ground-Up

A top-tier General Contractor based in Florida is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Stuart, FL to lead the delivery of ultra-luxury custom homes, condos, and boutique residential spaces along the coast. Known for building some of the most exclusive waterfront properties from Palm Beach to Stuart, the firm is ramping up for several landmark projects launching in Q3 2025. Project sizes can vary from renovations at $1M-$3M through to builds at $15M-$20M.
This is a full-lifecycle leadership role—from preconstruction and permitting through build-out and handover. You’ll manage high-end, design-driven projects with precision and creativity, working closely with elite architects, designers, consultants, and discerning clients. Expect to navigate complex builds while ensuring budget, quality, and schedule are on point, and mentoring junior PMs along the way.
The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years’ experience leading luxury residential or mixed-use projects (preferably coastal), a sharp command of Procore, strong contract and budget management skills, and deep knowledge of Florida construction codes. A degree in Construction Management is preferred, with PMP certification a bonus.
