You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing, cleaning, disposing, and repairing homes and businesses. $48,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:

• Sanitize and deodorize structure
• Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials
• Fix and rebuild the home or business
• Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage
• Clean and store salvageable belongings and property

• Introduce the company to new lead sources, and secure new work.

Qualifications:

• Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
• This position requires IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification), and WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred
• Applicant should be comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments
• Must have great physical fitness and able to lift 50 lbs
• A high school diploma or GED is required

• Very good communication skills required
