The Opportunity

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for recent college graduates and individuals eager to embark on a new career journey in the tech sales field! We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are eager to learn, work diligently, and launch their careers in a supportive and rapidly growing environment. You'll be working side by side with seasoned Account Executives and sales leaders who are genuinely invested in your growth and success. The best part? You don’t need any prior sales experience—just a strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and the determination to thrive!

 

What You'll Do :

  • Spark interest and arrange meaningful sales meetings through proactive outreach.
  • Conduct 50 to 150 calls daily, utilizing a power dialer and tailored messaging to connect effectively.
  • Discover how to pinpoint decision-makers in insurance brokerages across the U.S.
  • Contribute to and execute targeted outbound email, phone, and social media campaigns.
  • Learn from senior team members by shadowing them and continually refining your sales pitch.
  • Keep track of your activities using our CRM and share key metrics to demonstrate your progress.
  • Engage actively in team coaching, sales training, and constructive feedback sessions.

  • An interest in AI, technology, or the insurance industry is a great addition!

Compensation & Benefits

At XILO, we are committed to transparency and equity in compensation. For this role, the expected annual OTE range is $50,000 – $70,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, some roles may be eligible for performance bonuses, depending on level and responsibilities.
