Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA (2 days per week on-site)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Salesforce Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics and a strong background in leveraging Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and other data visualization tools to transform complex data into actionable insights. This hybrid role in Atlanta requires the ability to work on-site two days a week and remotely for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build, manage, and optimize marketing dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce to extract, manipulate, and visualize marketing data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting to support key marketing initiatives.
• Develop data models and predictive analytics to support decision-making in marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders through clear and visually engaging reports and presentations.
• Maintain and improve the marketing analytics tools and processes to streamline reporting and enhance data quality.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc analyses, data queries, and the interpretation of complex datasets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce and marketing data analytics.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel for data visualization and analysis.
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and performance tracking.
• Experience working with large datasets, data manipulation, and creating automated reporting solutions.
• Ability to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of marketing technologies and CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
