Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist with advanced Salesforce and Tableau expertise
This role will provide help desk support for incident management, drive the implementation of Salesforce enhancements, and develop, update, and optimize Tableau reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will work closely with Commercial teams to ensure seamless system functionality and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Help Desk & Incident Management:
Serve as the primary IT support contact for Salesforce and Tableau incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as needed.
Maintain system integrity and proactively address potential disruptions.
Salesforce Enhancements & Backlog Management:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce improvements.
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce updates to optimize commercial workflows.
Manage and prioritize backlog requests, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Conduct system testing and user training for newly implemented features.
Tableau Reporting & Dashboard Development:
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for Commercial teams.
Ensure data accuracy, visualization effectiveness, and actionable insights.
Optimize performance and usability of Tableau reports.
Collaborate with business users to enhance reporting capabilities.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to align system capabilities with commercial goals.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines for knowledge sharing.
Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and Tableau functionalities.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in IT support roles with a focus on Salesforce and Tableau.
Advanced expertise in Salesforce, including administration, configuration, and workflow automation.
Strong Tableau skills, including report creation, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices.
Experience with incident management and ITSM processes.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions independently.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in pharma, healthcare, or public health-related industries is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Tableau Desktop certification.
Familiarity with integrations between Salesforce and Tableau.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, or SOQL is a plus.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in a regulated industry.
