We are looking for an exceptional engineer to join our Boston-area power management team to develop the next generation of PMICs for the AI revolution.

Job description:

1. Seeking an analog/mixed-signal IC designer to develop integrated power management circuits.
2. Primary role is to develop advanced power converters for current and emerging applications including HPC, connectivity, IOT and ASICs.
3. Responsibilities include architecture, circuit design, design verification, working closely with layout, and supporting DVT teams with system evaluation and test plans.
4. Circuit design of analog/mixed-signal IPs including but not limit to: SMPS (Buck, Boost, Buck-boost, etc), LDOs, drivers, amplifiers, voltage references.
5. Opportunity to investigate new products/applications/technologies.

Requirements:

1. MSEE with 6+ years or PhD with 4+ years experience in integrated power IC design.
2. Strong knowledge of various DC-DC topologies, control loop design, power devices, and magnetic components.
3. Comprehensive simulation skills in Cadence environment.
4. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and hands-on lab experience.
5. Understanding of device physics, device reliability analysis, and ESD/latch-up.
