The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Pole Star Global in a high-impact sales role focused on global government maritime markets. As a Commercial Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling our industry-leading maritime intelligence solutions to flag administrations, government agencies, and regulatory bodies worldwide.
This role is a hybrid of strategic account management and business development, requiring a deep understanding of client needs, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify new commercial opportunities. While you won’t be managing a team initially, there is strong potential for growth within the business.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
Account Management & Client Relationships
Manage and grow relationships with existing government and flag administration clients, ensuring continued adoption and satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our solutions and identifying upsell opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams—including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success—to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement.
Represent Pole Star at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.
