Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing
Remote | Full-Time

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing to lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns focused on enterprise customers.
In this role, you'll spearhead account-based and signal-based marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with global sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth. You'll need strategic thinking, adaptability, and cross-functional leadership to craft and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
What You'll Do
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement data-driven ABM strategies tailored to different sales segments and territories.
Lead a team of three in executing signal-based marketing campaigns focused on high-value accounts and buyer intent signals.
Adapt campaign frameworks to address market trends, competitive pressures, and customer insights.
Oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including content creation, email nurturing, and sprint planning.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with global sales and marketing teams to develop account-focused playbooks for 1:Few and 1:Many engagements.
Align with outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-ups, nurturing strategies, and event engagement to accelerate pipeline growth.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through regular performance reporting.
Maintain clear and accessible documentation of campaign processes and strategies for cross-functional teams.
Continuously iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM performance metrics.
Marketing Automation & Analytics
Develop data-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to engage key contacts at target accounts.
Build and manage signal-driven email nurturing workflows in HubSpot or similar tools to engage and convert high-quality accounts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Time-to-close: How quickly accounts within the ABM strategy convert compared to similar accounts.
Deal size: The average deal value of closed-won deals within the ABM strategy.
Account penetration: The number of touchpoints required to close deals.
Opportunities per company: Growth in opportunities within target accounts.
Lead conversion: The percentage of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) converting to Account Qualified Opportunities (AQOs).
What You'll Need
Experience & Leadership
4+ years of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, especially in account-based and signal-based marketing.
3+ years leading marketing teams—remote team management experience is a plus.
Proven success in driving change and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
Technical Skills & Tools
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and campaign analytics.
Experience in attribution reporting is a plus.
Project Management & Collaboration
Ability to manage complex, multi-team projects with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills to foster alignment across teams.
Experience working in multi-national environments and collaborating with global teams.
Industry Knowledge
Experience in B2B software marketing, ideally in test automation or SaaS.
Familiarity with automation tools and a willingness to align marketing strategies with the company's solutions.
